Braces and wires are fragile and can be damaged by eating sticky and hard foods. If you damage your braces and any part of your appliance becomes loose or broken between visits, please call our office as soon as possible.

Foods that are high in sugar content may lead to tooth decay. To prevent plaque buildup and tooth decay, brush after every meal and snack. Avoid pulling and picking on your appliances.
